At Lux Pest, we believe that our full home and yard pest control coverage allows us to take better care of our customers. We apply spot treatments to your home, inside and out. We also apply products to the entire yard, taking care to avoid gardens and fruit trees. Our process provides the most comprehensive application to target pests wherever they like to hang out, helping you to enjoy every inch of your property.
A) Eaves
Different seasons can bring different pests. Regular treatments throughout the year can create a barrier around your house that makes it difficult for pests to enter, reducing the risk of reinfestation as the seasons change.
B) Bedrooms
Depending on your plan, we have different schedules to suit your needs. Following your initial treatment, your first standard service usually occurs in the next 20-60 days. After that, Aptive schedules recurring services during the year based on the service plan you select.
C) Garage
The initial treatment is a flushing treatment. While it can reduce activity levels, it also draws pests out so we can target them more effectively at your subsequent treatment.

Keeping you in the loop
Personalized service
Lux Pest is serious about good communication with our customers. First, Lux Pest emails customers before a scheduled visit to notify them when to expect it. Then, Service Professionals will text message the customer shortly before each appointment, so the customer can anticipate their arrival. If the customer is home, the Service Professional will always speak with the customer face-to-face. After the service is complete, the Service Professional will explain exactly what they did. If the customer wasn’t home during the treatment, the Service Pro sends a text message to give the customer this information.
